What makes us different than other hood cleaners or fire suppression companies?

1. We are certified, insured, and taught to provide a service according to NFPA 96. More than 80% of hood cleaners are not.

Are you certified and insured?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves in being certified by MFS Trade School, a nationally recognized hood cleaning certification. We are also working on being certified by the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association.

We also carry commercial auto and general liability insurance that protects you and us from most things that could go wrong. We are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance as requested.

Our fire suppression service provider is licensed, certified, and insured in Tennessee as well!

What are the advantages of one company providing hood cleaning, appliance steam cleaning, and fire suppression services?

The biggest advantage is that you have only one source of accountability. Typically what happens in scenarios where things go wrong is that vendors start blaming each other.

For example, when a hood cleaner accidentally trips the fire suppression system, they blame it on a weak magnetic link provided by the fire suppression vendors. The fire suppression vendors will blame it on the pressure used by the hood cleaners. The only one at a loss is you, the restaurant owner.

For us, it's different. We are accountable for everything related to the fire suppression systems and the hood systems (maintenance as well!). If you encounter any issues, you can simply call us and if we caused it, we fix it for free.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Knox County, Sevier County, Loudon County, Blount County, Anderson County, Washington County, Carter County, Sullivan County and all other counties in greater East Tennessee.

What is the process for us to get started?

We always start by conducting a free hood system inspection and provide a fire risk score for your restaurant. We will also understand your needs for a hood cleaning and fire suppression provider. Next, we will provide a quote for our services. After you accept the quote and sign the contract, we will set up ACH Direct Debit payments and schedule your first appointment!

After that, everything is on auto! You will receive a text or call from us to confirm the next appointment. You will also receive before and after pictures with a Job Service report after each appointment.

What do you do in your fire suppression and extinguisher services?

Everything required by NFPA 96! We will change your magnetic links and test the system. We will monitor the gas to ensure that you have enough incase of a fire. This is typically done on a semi-annual basis.

We ensure the fire extinguisher is working properly and replace the tags. This is typically done on an annual basis.

You will also have our 24/7 support in case of any emergencies - such as having to replace the whole magnetic line and refill the gas after the fire suppression system has been dumped.
