Our founder, Nirav Patel, opened a restaurant called Roll Em Up Taquitos in Knoxville, TN. He called a few hood cleaners and noticed one of two things. Half of the hood cleaners gave extremely high quotes. The other half never responded or forgot about us or could not even supply us with their insurance information or their certificate.
